Explore dance at The BDC by attending a modified version of our regular training schedule. Classes in Ballet, Modern and Jazz are being offered in the late afternoon and early evening hours. Come share the love of dance with us!
Summer '24 Tuition
1 class/week - pay in two installments of $80
2 classes/week - pay in two installments of $145
3 classes/week - pay in two installments of $215
4 classes/week - pay in two installments of $245
5 classes/week - pay in two installments of $295
6 classes/week - pay in two installments of $320
7 classes/week - pay in two installments of $350
Summer classes meet for 12 weeks; however, tuition is discounted by two weeks to account for times dancers will not be able to attend class. Register for class(es) at https://dancestudio-pro.com/online/bdc. Tuition is not required at registration, but will be added to your account. The 1st of 2 installments is due 6/1/24 and the 2nd is due 7/1/24. Reminder statements will be sent via email 5 days prior to the due dates. If you are enrolled in autopay your payment will be processed on the due dates.
CLASS ATTIRE Girls:
Ballet - black or any solid color leotard and pink tights
Jazz, Tap, Modern & Contemporary - any solid color leotard and black tights, leggings, jazz or yoga pants.
Shoes - pink ballet shoes, black jazz shoes, back tap shoes, bare feet (bring socks) for Modern.
CLASS ATTIRE Boys:
All classes - solid white t-shirt, solid black shorts, joggers, sweats or jazz pants.
Shoes - blakc ballet shoes, black jazz shoes, black tap shoes, bare feet (bring socks) for Modern

General Level Youth Dance Classes
Creative Movement on Mondays 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/3 @ 5:30-6:15 p.m. with Lexi Wilson
Creative movement introduces preschool aged children that are 3+ years old to the wonderful world of movement and dance. The class combines various locomotor skills, the Elements of Dance (time, space, and energy), rhythm exercises, and basic ballet terminology. The class will help students achieve better coordination, flexibility, balance, and self-confidence in a respectful and caring environment.
Tuition: $80/session.
Class attire girls: pink short sleeved leotard, pink tights, pink ballet shoes.
Class attire boys: solid white t-shirt, solid black shorts, joggers, sweats or jazz pants and black ballet shoes.
Pre-Ballet on Mondays 7/8, 7/15, 7/22, 7/29, 8/3 @ 4:45-5:30 p.m. with Lexi Wilson
Pre-Ballet/Ballet I is for children entering Kindergarten or 1st grade. Dancers will explore and learn basic ballet vocabulary and ballet steps while using creative and original ideas. A mix of movement ideas, including elements from academia and dance curriculum will be used.
Tuition: $80/session.

Class arrite boys: solid white t-shirt, solid black shorts, joggers, sweats or jazz pants and black ballet shoes.
The Magic of Movement I on Thursdays 7/11, 7/18, 7/25, 8/1, 8/6 @ 4:30-5:45 p.m. with Lexi Wilson
For children entering 1st & 2nd grade, the Magic of Movement combines the basic vocabulary of ballet and fosters interdisciplinary creativity in movement and visual art. Students will learn the foundations of ballet, how a ballet class is designed, and also participate in a dance related creative project that supports the content of the class. The class will begin with movement-based learning, then will transition to a fun and simple craft.
Tuition: $100/session.
Class attire girls: black or any solid color leotard, pink tights and pink ballet shoes.
Class attire boys: solid white t-shirt, solid black shorts, joggers, sweats or jazz pants and black ballet shoes.
The Magic of Movement II on Wednesdays 7/10, 7/17, 7/24, 7/31, 8/5 @ 4:30-5:45 p.m. with Lexi Wilson

Youth Mini-Dance Intensive - TBD
In this six-week session dancers with 2-3 years of previous dance experience will explore jazz, modern, ballet, improvisation, and the creative process. Students will learn some broad dance history, new vocabulary, and develop their self-expression through playful creation of movement.
Tuition: $100/session.
