CLASS SCHEDULE 2023-24

CLASS ATTIRE:

Females - any color leotard and pink tights. An appropriate option is any solid color fitted shirt and leggings (i.e. Pilates, Yoga or workout clothes).
Males - any solid color leotard or t-shirt, black tights or jazz pants.

SHOES:
Females - pink ballet shoes. Males - black ballet shoes.
Females & Males - black or tan jazz shoes, black tap shoes, bare feet (bring socks) for Modern & Contemporary.

Stott Pilates
® is an exercise that improves core strength and balances the muscles around to joints, imporving the way ou rbody functions, looks and feels.
